Refund policy

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

You have up to fourteen days, beginning with the day after you received the goods, to cancel the order. To do so please either email us at sales@kaiossgames.co.uk or phone us at 03300 010 984.

You must keep reasonable care of the goods and, unless the goods were faulty or mis-described, pay the return delivery costs. A full refund including standard delivery charges will be made within at most 14 days if the goods are returned undamaged.
