Shipping policy
Please note that we process orders Monday - Thursday only and do not include any bank holidays.
Once we've received your order, we aim to dispatch it within 1-2 working days. Please note that our working days are Monday to Thursday. You can choose how you want your goods dispatched. Standard delivery should get to you within 1-3 working days of us posting it but if you do need it by a guaranteed date then we do recommend that you use the Special Delivery. For Special Delivery, providing you place the order by 12 noon, then it should be with you by 1pm the next working day.
Note that orders sent by Special Delivery cannot be delivered on a Saturday or Sunday and we have no control over what time of the day it arrives other than by 1pm.
Whilst the vast majority of the parcels we send reach their destinations within the usual delivery times, occasionally parcels get delayed and take longer than normal. We ask you to please be patient but, if after 10 working days from placing your order, you are concerned about its whereabouts, just get in touch. We do suggest that you please check with your local post office depot to see if they have it there in the first instance - more often than not the postman has forgotten to put a card through the letter box!
Shipping options and prices are calculated after any active discount code. Applying a discount code can affect shipping options and rates.
